Kazhes pierakstu burtnīca

On the package it is written that there should be 5 pancakes inside, yet it doesn`t take a masters degree in mathematics to count that there are only 4 pancakes present. I wonder if I could sue the company that produces these pancakes for trying to misinform the customer (that is - the uneducated poor sod who can read numbers but can`t count)?
