Kazhes pierakstu burtnīca

I haven`t written about our trip to Estonia yet (because I`m too lazy and have too much to do at the same time) but there`s one thing that I absolutely feel the urge to write about: how come our Northern neighbours have good roads and we have none? In Latvia you usually get the regular excuse that we are a Northern country where because of snow and rain the roads get bad much quicker than in the South. In that case - how can Estonians keep their roads in a very good condition? To be honest so far I haven`t been to a single European country where roads would be worse than in Latvia - and that`s one of the reasons why I fear of going to Belarus (I`m not afraid that they may have worse roads but that the roads could be better there).
